Attack of the Singlet, again

Previously, I posted about some fag guy in a Japanese Restaurent.

Today, while driving pass BJ Complex, it striked again.
I saw a guy carrying a yellow pouch and a pretty large backpack.
He was wearing a colourful pair of shorts, flower patterned.
For his top, he decided on a black spaghetti straps.
Aiyayai-yayai!
